We've hosted short-term guests on our own property for over three years, so we know the work behind it: the listing, the pricing, guest messages, turnovers and reviews. It isn't part of the standard plan. If you have a larger portfolio and want short-term units run alongside your long-term lets, talk to us and we'll scope it into a custom arrangement.

Seven years as a hands-on property practitioner in Johannesburg's buy-to-let market: the viewings, the vetting, the arrears calls, standing in the unit when something breaks. That work built a network of contractors, agents and body corporates across Joburg, and a fairly precise sense of what goes wrong with rental property and when. The property management came first. The systems just make it possible to run the same way for owners who aren't here to do it themselves.
She runs the back office: the records and follow-through behind everything an owner sees. Every monthly update gets checked against the property file before it goes out. Leases, inspection logs, invoices and receipts stay in order, rent is reconciled against what has actually landed, and every repair is tracked from first call to sign-off, with contractors chased when they go quiet. Tenant and owner records stay current, so whoever picks up the phone has the full story.
Ten seconds now. We'll reach out once seats open in Q4 2026.
