These terms apply to your use of this website, operated by 105 Property, a Wanofaiv (Pty) Ltd venture. By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. Joining the waitlist is not a contract
Joining the waitlist or answering our questions is an expression of interest only. It does not create a property management mandate, an agency relationship or any obligation on you or on us. Any management service will be set out in a separate written mandate that both parties sign.
2. Pricing and availability
Prices and seat availability shown on the site are indicative and may change before a mandate is signed. The limited-seat rate applies only to mandates signed within the period stated on the pricing page.
3. Sample material
The sample dashboard uses illustrative figures and does not describe a real client. Photos labelled as illustrative are not of a managed property. Track-record figures describe invoiced rent and are not a promise of future results or of a collection rate.
4. No professional advice
Content on this site is general information. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. Speak to a qualified adviser about your own situation.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information.
- Only submit someone else's details with their permission.
- Don't misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or submit automated or bulk entries.
