Last updated October 2026
This policy explains how 105 Property, a Wanofaiv (Pty) Ltd venture ("105 Property", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal information, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We only collect what we need to respond to you and, later, to manage your property.
1. Who this applies to
Anyone who visits this website, joins the waitlist, answers our questions, or contacts us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
2. What we collect
- Your email address when you join the waitlist.
- If you answer our five questions: your name, WhatsApp number or email, where you live, the suburb of your property, your situation and how urgent it is.
- Anything you choose to tell us when we speak.
- Basic technical information your browser sends, such as IP address and device type, used to keep the site secure.
3. Why we use it
- To tell you when seats open and to follow up on your enquiry.
- To understand your property situation so we can say honestly whether we can help.
- To keep the website secure and stop abuse.
- To meet legal obligations.
4. Your consent
We process your information because you ticked the consent box when you submitted a form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing buntu.majaja@vula-ai.africa. We will not send you unrelated marketing, and every email we send lets you opt out.
5. Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this site, under agreements that require them to protect it:
- Our website host, Vercel.
- Our email provider, Resend, which delivers form submissions to us.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
6. Information stored outside South Africa
Our host and email provider may store or process information on servers outside South Africa, including in the United States. We only use providers bound by data-protection obligations comparable to POPIA.
7. How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and enquiry information for as long as it is useful to respond to you, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client or the law requires longer.
8. How we protect it
Information is sent over encrypted connections and access is limited to the people who need it. No internet transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
9. Your rights
Under POPIA you can ask us to:
- confirm what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct or delete it;
- stop processing it, or object to direct marketing.
Email buntu.majaja@vula-ai.africa and we will respond within a reasonable time. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
10. Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small session value so you don't have to re-enter your email between pages; it is cleared when you close the tab.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions about privacy go to our Information Officer, Buntu Majaja, at buntu.majaja@vula-ai.africa.
